Little Boutique card is a Salon Card that offers big savings to its members every time they visit the salon. Each member receives an online account with access to a digital membership card which they show to the salon each time they visit.
This is dependent on the package you purchased.
The basic package only allows the card to be used solely by the Membership Card owner.
The Advanced Package allows the card to be used for up to a family of 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 16.
Little Boutique Card is not applied to any retail products.
Little Boutique Card is only applicable to full priced services.
We rely on our partner salons to contact us if they wish to be removed from Little Boutique Card. If you are aware of any salon which is no longer accepting the discount please feel free to contact us via our contact form to let us know. We appreciate your feedback.
Yes. Some of our salons offer the Little Boutique Card discount Seven days a week. Some salons, however, do have individual restrictions including weekend days or celebration days, so please check the individual salon details on our website prior to booking. Please also remember to mention Little Boutique Card upon all bookings so that no errors can be made.
Note: All Salons are able to exclude Friday and/or Saturdays, all of December and Bank Holidays if they so choose. Other reasonable exclusions may sometimes apply, for example some salons may exclude Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Full details can be found on each individual salon page.
Salons offer a booking system and so it is important that the correct amount of time is allocated to each service that they provide.
Some salons may have availability for walk in clients but, as this is the exception and not the rule, it is important to give the salon a little call beforehand so not to waste your time.

Right away!! As soon as you sign up and login to your account you will be able to access your digital Little Boutique Card and receive your discount immediately.
Members can update their details by logging into their account and clicking on Edit Profile. If you have changed your Surname you will need to contact us via email to inform us of this and we will update this for you.
No, your membership is strictly non-transferable. It is in your name and photographic ID will be required so, it cannot be loaned to friends or family members.
If you really must leave, we will be sad to see you go!
However if you are sure you do not wish to renew your membership you can cancel your subscription. All you need to do is login to your Dashboard, click on Current Membership and Click Cancel.
Please remember to cancel your renewal no later than 5.30 pm the day before your membership is due to renew. We do not provide refunds.
Yes. However if you upload a photo of yourself upon initial sign up, this can be used as ID.
Any changes will always be communicated via email, alternatively you can contact us via telephone to discuss your renewal price. The cancellation requirement does remain the same.
To add a photo you will have to send us an image of yourself to [email protected] The image should be no larger than 2MB. Please put the subject as photo change on the email so that we can deal with your request more efficiently.
