The Offer:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Eligibility & Participation

1. The salon referred must be within a 50 miles radius of Edinburgh or Glasgow.
2. Members who Refer a salon to signup to Little Boutique Card’s salon partnership scheme during the Offer Period will be rewarded with a £50 cash reward.
3. In order for referral cash to be paid, the salon must sign up to partner with Little Boutique Card for a minimum of 6 months. The 6-month period will begin from launch date of Little Boutique card.
4. The referred salon must sign within 3 months of the referral.
5. We will contact the member to confirm a successful sign up within 14 days of the successful salon signup.
6. £50 reward with be paid to the member within 60 days of the successful salon sign up.
7. This offer is valid for up to a maximum of 20 salons referrals per member during the offer period. Any additional salons that successfully sign up with Little Boutique Card during the offer period will not be eligible for the £50 cash reward.
8. This Offer is only available to Recruiters with an active Little Boutique Card membership. It is the Recruiter’s responsibility to ensure they have an active Little Boutique Card membership before participating in this Offer.

Other important terms

1. This Offer is not transferable to any other person. Any payments of rewards shall only be paid to the member named as the referrer by the salon signing up.
2. Little Boutique Card reserves the right to amend these Terms and Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute Little Boutique Card’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. Little Boutique Card will not be liable for any loss in connection with this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
4. Little Boutique Card’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
5. By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to Little Boutique Card and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Member has consented. 6. All participants in the Offer will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials.
7. These Terms shall be governed by Scottish law and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
